The enthusiasm in the Class of 2021 Facebook page is off the charts, so we decided to bring back our “Tell Us About Yourself(ie)” series, which will highlight profiles of incoming students in the Class of 2021 from now until August Orientation.
If you are a member of Champlain’s Class of 2021 and are interested in sharing your selfie, check out how at the bottom of this post.

Our motto is “Let Us Dare.” What was the last thing you dared to do?
The last thing I dared to do was go to my senior prom in full makeup and a dress. It was one of the best nights of my life.
You’ve created a fun, eccentric course at Champlain. What is it?
Drag “Her”story: a course in the history of drag culture and its impact on society.
Which celebrity would you most like to meet?
What’s your go-to fun fact?
I’m a beginner drag queen.
If you were a crayon, what color would you be?
What’s a word or phrase you’re guilty of using too often?
How closely do you align with your zodiac sign?
I guess I’m fairly closely aligned with Capricorn traits. I do consider myself family-oriented, and I value logic and reason pretty highly. I also keep myself pretty guarded, which could make me seem colder than I mean to be.
What’s a poster you’ll definitely be hanging in your res hall room?
My Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets poster from the Barnes & Noble Yule Ball event.
What’s your favorite store to shop in?
I love going into Barnes & Noble and just taking in all of the books around me.
What’s the #1 item on your bucket list?
Travel to South Korea.
